An individually scheduled graduate program, focused on project work. In the entire 15 to 18 months IGP period, the selected candidates will become the regular employees of MAHLE, and will be fully involved in at least one international assignment for approx. 6 months in Germany and another 3 to 6 months in other departments/ countries of MAHLE. IGP surely offers the participants the chance to build up a company wide, international network for future development. The challenges you face and the perspectives you identify in IGP process, will enlighten your career path and advance your career development. The structured Permanent Dialog with your mentor from professional area and from personnel development during the program will make the mutual communication easier than ever. The responsible position in the area of Engine Components Product Development will be assigned at MAHLE China Headquarter, located in Shanghai after the IGP accomplishment.

These are your accomplishments:
You've supremely mastered the theory (and your university grades bear this out)
You've successfully shown your intercultural orientation (e.g. through internships or studies abroad) and you've gathered initial practical experience.

Very good knowledge of English (both oral and written), CET 6 or above is required.
