Responsibilities:
1.Provide secretarial and administrative support service in assisting in details of business matter to conserve time to the Officers with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgment.
2.Arrange accommodations and transportation for business travels of professionals and senior executives from other office.
3.Arrange monthly cash reimbursement and office general expenses.
4.Arrange for and schedule appointments for Officers, including interviewing callers, making proper referrals and liaising with other AIG departments or offices; prepare material and make arrangements for meetings as required.
5.Set up and maintain office files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference and efficient operation of the office
6.Take and transcribe dictation, type and maintain office records.Answer telephone and reply to questions in accordance with general instructions or refer calls to appropriate staff member.
7.Maintaining and update calendar appointment, confidential files and records
8.IT Supporting and related matters handling for Officers
Qualifications:
1.University / College graduate, major in English or Secretarial is preferred;
2.At least 3 years experience in related position in the multinational company
3.Strong organizational and communication skills
4.Fluency in spoken and written English
