1.IP Sales --- Engineer
    Responsibilities:
    Technical Engineering Related:
    1.Measure all the key test chips from foundry;
    2.Check WAT of all the lots from foundry;
    3.Check layout rule, electrical rule from many foundries;
    4.Design test chips for new technology；
    5.Technical engineering support for Marketing and IP Sales group；
    6.Work with the engineering group to update and create engineering datasheets and specifications；
    7.Strong microcomputer skills;
    8.Familiarity with Windows and MS Office a requirement.
   
    Marketing Related:
    1.Internal sales/customer support to IP Sales group；
    2.Support China marketing activities such as conference exhibition, creation and management of marketing materials, maintenance of Chinese website.
   
    REQUIREMENTS:
    1.BS in EE required.
    2.Familiar with Verilog HDL, C language, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver (HTML); Familiarity with IC design flow is preferred.
    3.Diligent and detail-oriented. Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills. Good at writing, listening and oral English. Familiar and comfortable in the translation of Chinese/English, English/Chinese.
    4.Must be able to work independently and manage projects in a time-conscious manner. Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
   
    2. Product / Test Engineer
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Interface with design, test, marketing, assembly and quality engineers on all product
    issues
    2. Drive quality and reliability improvement screens
    3. Develop the test program to debug and characterize the new product.
    4. Analyze root cause and implement corrective action on failure parts.
    5. Handle any daily production line problem from assembly and testing houses.
   
    REQUIREMENTS
    1. BA Electrical Engineering / MSEE preferred
    2. Ability to utilize semiconductor memory test equipment to debug products to identify root causes
    3. 1-2+ years direct experience on memory product characterization, qualification and manufacturing preferred, but new graduates also encouraged to apply.
    4. Good English comprehension, writing and speaking abilities; level 6 certificate or above preferred.
    5. Good communication and project management skills, ability to work in a team to meet requirements.
