1.QC (Mercury) quality control 质量控制的人，类似于售后服务的人，不是专门做测试的人--- 002171

Responsibilities:
a.. Leading the QC admin team, Server infrastructure support.
b.. Maintaining more than 1000 QC projects and 9000 QC users across the Global with 24/7 technical support.
c.. Work with project teams to implement new processes, or other related activities. Includes functions related to managing software configurations across the enterprise, such as change Management, software version control, and IT infrastructure management and control.
d.. Installation and configuration of Quality Center Servers, COB servers and archive servers.
e.. Set up new Quality Center Projects, Add new users to Quality Center Environment, change Existing Users groups and/or projects, Delete users, Reset Passwords, Add User Defined Fields, Add User Defined List Items, add user defined groups & add users to those groups and Project customization/Workflow.
f.. Securing the servers: JBOSS configuration, SSL implementation and SSO (Single Sign On) implementation using LDAP.
g.. Resolve any integration questions or issues, and determine if issues are related to Quality Center, Other tool, or a system / network issue.
h.. Respond to user’s questions about Quality Center, tool integrations, add-ins, metrics, new engagements, and tool functionality for specific testing requirements.
i.. Generate SQL queries as necessary and/or appropriate for metrics reports.
j.. Maintain License information, Training and Process Documentation

Requirements:
a.. Master of QC and PC product knowledge
b.. Be familiar with Oracle SQL
c.. 3-5 years of testing experience
d.. 2-3 years of project managed experience

Requirements:
