Our client is the holding company for the U.S. and Canadian-based operations of their global group. The company manufactures a range of building products, high-performance materials and glass containers at 180 plants throughout North America. The company is also a distributor of building materials, with more than 150 outlets throughout the United States. Our client’s corporation employs approximately 24,000 people all around the world.
Position: Assistant RE-Optical Control
Location: Shanghai
Objective of the Position
- Provide optics adjusting, analyzing, testing services and solutions to the research groups, plants and any other customers.
Job responsibility
1. a) Provide technical support for the research group to achieve the auto-inspection prototype device in optics and software. (45%)
b) Conduct application tests and experiments & maintain the lab equipments in a good standard and in a safe way. (20%)
c) Indentify and contact good suppliers for optics & conduct required purchasing. (15%)
d) Assure adequate documentation and especially reporting of experiment .(15%)
e) Provide line support for SG plants. (5%)
2. Instruments to be Operated / 设备仪器操作技能 (eg. sensor, camera, image grabber, oscillograph, multimeter)
3. Relative Industries and Applications / 相关的领域及产品应用 (eg.Glasses, Optics, Computer Science, Machine Vision, Auto-Inspection)
Qualifications
- College and Bachlor degree.
- working experience is a pluse
- Proficiency in oral, reading and written English, CET-4 and above
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Self motivated, able to deliver good performance under pressure
- Good communication skill, team player, result-oriented
- Responsible, careful and organized

Position: Film Research Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Objective of the Position
Plastic film extrusion process and material analysis
Job responsibility
1. a) 40% Polymer materials broad study and select suitable resins for diversified high performance applications and develop formulations based on one resin or deferent resins, especially with Fluor polymers, like PTFE, FEP, PFA, etc
b) 20% PTFE skiving film and meltable Fluor polymer extrusion process
c) 20% Communicate with business and manage the projects to deliver the right results to business needs.
d) 20% miscellaneous documentation and tech support
2. Instruments to be Operated / 设备仪器操作技能 (eg. extruders or co-extruders, blowing film, cold press, sintering oven, etc)
3. Relative Industries and Applications / 相关的领域及产品应用
(eg. Electronics, Photovoltaic, solar module, construction)
Qualifications
- Master degree and above
- Proficiency in oral, reading and written English, CET-4 and above
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
