Job Purpose:
职位目的 • 注重软件改善并且解决日常工艺问题,主要任务是通过运用陶瓷生产的知识经验和逻辑分析方法,解决生产中存在的问题以对应大规模生产
Key Accountabilities:
主要职责 • 负责陶瓷生产工艺
• 与生产团队合作解决技术、工艺问题
• 与机械工程师配合改善浇注硬件设备和工装
• 与其它技术人员合作跟踪、分析、解决其它工艺问题(原料生产、模具、成型)
• 分析检测结果,反馈前道工序
• 根据生产情况,不断完善SOPs
• 根据客户要求,协助品保建立完善检测标准
• 同研发合作完善无损检测
