工作内容: Job Description

1. Design sophisticated test fixtures for devices.

2. Convert design vectors to test vectors.

3. Development of GUI's and tester control drivers.

4. Write and debug test programs to automate device testing.

 

工作要求:Requirements

1. E.E., Automation, Fine Instrumentation or Relating Disciplines,

2. Oral and written English communication.

3. Strong Interpersonal Skills and Problem Solving Skills.

4. VB programming experience.

5. Experience of IC Design or ATE is Preferred.
