Support in designing and developing new mechanical components (plastic, sheet metal and casting components) for electronic modules
Release mechanical related design documentation
Ensure products meet all customer and internal mechanical requirements
Help to perform packaging analysis and mounting integrity evaluations of modules
Support module level validation
Supporting in finding root cause and corrective action to any mechanical design related issues
Apply engineering CAD/CAE tools to perform design analysis and evaluation
Verify and validate designs on bench and in vehicle as necessary
Follow engineering design process and product release procedures
Provide technical support to manufacturing facilities
Participate in new product development with others as a team
Interface with tooling suppliers
Exercise sound engineering judgment
