职责：

1. 优化和改进条件随机场模型 (CRFs)的训练过程和解码过程，尤其是解决训练过程中消耗内存大的弱点，并能够加快训练和解码过程

2. 搭建中文分词、词性标注、实体识别的演示平台

3. 利用lucence/nutch搭建一个站内搜索演示平台



要求

1. 非常熟悉CRF++: Yet Another CRF toolkit ( cr***net[点击查看])的源代码，掌握CRF++训练过程和解码过程

2. 极高的windows/linux平台下的C++编程能力，能够改进CRF++训练过程中内存开销大的不足，并能够加快训练和解码过程

3. 掌握Lucene/Nutch等开源搜索引擎框架

4. 精通倒排索引、全文检索、排序等相关技术

5. 熟悉搜索评分算法和性能调优

6. 熟悉多线程编程技术

7. 了解html, PHP和mysql, 有网站开发经验者优先
