　广东北电通信设备有限公司成立于1995年3月，是全球通信巨头北电在华投资的核心公

一条本地生产GSM和CDMA无线通信设备的生产线，2002年更首次向巴基斯坦无线服务供应
商Ufone出口GSM设备。截止2007年，广东北电共实现销售收入310亿元，其中出口销售约
4亿美元，产品销售覆盖全国27个省、市、区以及全球多个国家。此外，2007年，广东北
电率先建立北电大中华区首个硬件开发实验室、并以行内著称的精益六西格玛理念改善
企业内部管理，以出色的供应链管理优势和质量管理体系进一步加快本地化的进程，以
实际行动贯彻对通信技术领域可持续发展的责任和义务。

　　为坚守对广大客户的承诺，向用户提供安全可靠的通信技术，1995年12月广东北电
研究开发中心在广州正式建立。作为北电在中国设立的两大研发中心之一，广东北电研
发中心承担着为大中华区和亚太地区的业务伙伴提供技术支持与服务的重任，并且以高
适应性的开发流程和强大的研发团队出色地完成各项研发任务。为加强研发力量，保持
技术创新的领先地位，广东北电不断增强对研发的投入，优化研发环境。2008年6月，广
东北电研发中心新址将投入使用，研发人员和工程师将扩增到1300多人，研发重点覆盖
无线网络，下一代网络、多媒体服务的应用，以及如何通过统一通信平台提高对运营商
、应用服务开发商等客户的支持。届时，广东北电将进一步拓展研发优势，发挥出更大

　　Guangdong Nortel Telecommunication Equipment Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Nortel
) was officially founded in March 1995. It is a core business company invest
ed by the global communication giant Nortel in China, dedicated to introduci
ng high-end technology and actively promoting localization of research and d
evelopment, production and service. With their cutting-edge telecommunicatio
n technology, reliable product quality and specialist client services, Guang
dong Nortel has become the largest overseas research and development, produc
tion and service base of Nortel, providing high quality products and service
s to customers in China and around the world. 

　　In November 1994, under the support of Chinese and Canadian government, 
incorporation contract of Guangdong Nortel was formally executed in Beijing.
 The early stage was mainly involved with production of DMS. In order to mee
t the requirement of market development, Guangdong Nortel took the lead in s
etting up the first localized production line of GSM and CDMA in 1999, and e
xported GSM equipments to wireless service provider Ufone of Pakistan for th
e first time in 2002. By year 2007, sales revenue of Guangdong Nortel reache
d 31 billion Yuan, among which export sales amounted to around 400 million U
SD. Its products have been served to across 27 provinces, municipals, and re
gions nationwide and other countries around the globe. In addition, 2007, Gu
angdong Nortel pioneered in setting up the first hardware design laboratory 
in Great China and adopted Lean Six Sigma management practice renowned in th
e industry to improve the internal management of the enterprise, further acc
elerated the progress of localization with outstanding supply chain manageme
nt advantages and quality management system, fulfilling its responsibility a
nd obligation of sustainable development in communication technology area wi
th actions. 

　　To fulfill its commitment to the customers and to provide secure and rel
iable communication technology to users, Guangdong Nortel R&D Center was for
mally established in December 1995 in Guangzhou. As one of the two major res
earch and development centers of Nortel in China, Guangdong Nortel R&D Cente
r has undertaken the great task of providing technical support and service f
or business partners in the great China region and Asia-Pacific region, by a
ccomplishing various R&D tasks with its highly adaptive procedure. To streng
then its R&D competence, maintain the leading status of technological innova
tion, Guangdong Nortel has continuously increased its investment in research
 and development to optimize its environment. In June 2008, R&D new lab will
 be put into use. The research and development personnel and engineer team w
ill be expanded to over 1300 people focusing on the applications of wireless
 networks, NGN networks and multi-media services, as well as improving suppo
rt for operators, application service providers and other customers through 
unified communication platform. By that time, Guangdong Nortel will further 
explore its research and development advantages and fulfill greater potentia
l. 

　　While continuously providing advanced and high quality products and serv
ices for domestic telecommunication market, Guangdong Nortel has also furthe
r explored its overseas market. Currently, Guangdong Nortel has presence in 
over 23 countries and regions in Europe, America, Pacific, Africa and Asia, 
constructing telecommunication networks of superior performance for telecomm
unication operators around the globe.

软件设计师

工作地点：广州

职责：

1.      从事GSM、CDMA、WiMax和LTE 等领域的软件开发

要求：

1.      计算机、电信、电子、自控、应用数学、物理等相关专业大学本科或以上学历的毕业
生，硕士及博士学历优先考虑 

2.      熟练掌握C/C++、或其他高级语言，UNIX、LINUX或嵌入式VxWorks等操作系统 

3.      掌握电脑网络知识 

4.      英文良好，CET6优先考虑
