Position: Research Assistant
Department: Dean’s Office
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be proficient in both qualitative (case studies, interviews) and quantitative (questionnaire design, complex statistical analyses) research methodologies
2. Database research support
3. Complex data analysis, such as Searching, coding, and processing data
4. Preparing teaching and research materials
5. Participating in international academic conferences in assisting refereeing papers and liaising with leading academics globally
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor, Masters or Ph.D. in Accounting with proven research capabilities.
2. Excellent command of Chinese and English in speaking, writing and reading
3. Good command of SAS, SPSS, MS Office
4. Database management tools inclusive of qualitative oriented software
5. Be willing to travel domestically and/or internationally for data collection
