数据分析员

数据分析员是我们团队的核心。他们是推动分析和商业见解的动力源泉。

工作职责：

-         采集并将数据转换成SAS格式或反之

-         将数据转换成便于分析的形式，执行数据质量检查，整合，清理和其他操作

-         应用SAS，Excel（包括数据透视表Pivot table）， Access等工具编程产生数据剖面统计数据和其他分析

-         建立统计和计量经济模型

-         开发数据处理和分析的工具包（主要使用SAS）

-         将结果和发现组织成良好的格式

职位要求：

-         计算机科学，工程，数学（统计）计量经济学等定量学科研究生或优异本科生

-         英语读写流利

-         有快速学习的热情和能力

熟练掌握任一编程语言：如Java, C, C++, C#, VB等，如有SAS编程经验会有帮助但并不必须

程序分析员

工作职责：

-    独立或者与团队合作开发能够访问，分析，和展现数据的应用程序

-    执行网络访问数据分析（Web Analytics）和数据库编程

-    加强内部工具和应用程序辅助分析任务的有效执行

-    参与分析解决方案的包装和演示层的开发

职位要求：

-    计算机专业研究生或优异本科生

-    英语读写流利

-    在网络开发领域有一定经验：如Flash ActionScript, JavaScript, XML 或 JSON

-    熟悉数据库，如SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase/MySQL

-    了解N-Tier架构，3-Tier应用模型

-    能够开发Web Service

-    对于Microsoft Visual Studio有一定经验

-    熟悉加密和数据安全

We are seeking to fill the following positions in our Xi’an Analytics Center:

Data Analyst

The data analysts are the core of our teams. They are the powerhouses which drive analytics and insights.

Responsibilities:

-         Collect and convert data from various formats to SAS and vice versa

-         Prepare data for analysis including data quality check, integration, clean up and various manipulations

-         Produce data profiling statistics and perform analysis using SAS, MS Excel tools including pivot tables, and MS Access

-         Build statistical and econometric models

-         Develop data processing and analysis routines (typically using SAS)

-         Summarize results and findings in well organized format

Requirements:

-         Masters degree students or exceptional bachelors degree students from quantitative disciplines such as computer science, engineering, mathematics (statistics), econometrics, etc.

-         Fluent in English, written and oral

-         Ability and desire to learn quickly

-         Strong programming skills in any computer language such as Java, C, C++, C#, VB, etc.  Previous SAS experience helpful but not required

Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities:

-         Work independently or with team to develop applications that access, analyze and present data

-         Conduct web analytics and perform database programming

-         Enhance internal tools and applications to facilitate the efficient execution of analysis tasks

-         Participate in packaging our solutions and developing presentation layer

Requirements:

-         Masters degree students or exceptional bachelors degree students with computer science majors

-         Good English, written and oral

-         Ability and desire to learn quickly

-         Technical experience in a majority of the following areas: ActionScript or JavaScript, XML or JSON

-         Database: SQL/Oracle/Sybase/MySQL

-         N-Tier architecture and 3-Tier application models

-         Developing web-services

-         At least some experience with Microsoft Visual Studio

-         Familiarity with encryption and security

-         We are also looking for strong candidates with experience in coding numerical algorithms and knowledge in Java, C, C++, C#, VB, VB#, etc..

Information Analyst

Responsibilities:

-         Conduct primary, secondary or online research, including market research

-         Perform various spreadsheet-based analyses

-         Summarize results and findings in well organized format and participate in preparation of presentations or documents

Requirements:

-         Masters degree students or exceptional bachelors degree students from less quantitative majors, such as business administration, finance, international trade, etc.

-         In-depth knowledge of respective field of study

-         Excellent English, both written and oral

-         Ability and desire to learn quickly

-         Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
