Candidate description ·Strong academic record, obtained bachelor's degree or above from a highly rated university ·Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, Software Integration or Mathematics ·Keen interest in pursuing career opportunity in the financial IT industry ·Leadership potential ·Self-starter, be initiative and innovative ·Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·Adapt to changes in a rapid-growth organization ·Team-player, contributes to collective goals ·Cross-functional interests and mobility to work in different locations/cities ·Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity ·Strong quantitative and analytical skills ·Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (TOEIC Score preferred) |
