Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to executive of travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, calendar management and other secretarial assistance.
-Regional reporting and analysis: consolidate Divisional SWC/Inventory/Freight data to generate AP PC&L DSB Report on a monthly basis.
-Update AP Logistics Contracts list. Monitor for contracts expiring 3 months ahead of time and advise activity required.
-Consolidate Financial Reporting for AP Logistics
-Generate the I3PL Performance Reports and upload onto PC&L website.
-Track ECIP and Logistics Savings
-Maintain Regional PC&L Org Chart and Contact List.
-Monitor travel and forecasted travel vs budget
-Assist in maintenance of PC&L website
-Support Logistics procedures and process documentation
-Special Assignments as required
Qualifications
- Master Degree or equivalent experience
-Excellent English (oral and written).
-Be able to work at least 3-4 days a week, for 6 months.
-Strong Planning/organization/analysis skill
-Strong computer application skill (Microsoft Office)
-Self-directed and motivated.
Proactive – anticipates and continues drive for excellence.
Reliability – need to be very mature and follow through on assignments.
Interpersonal Skills – Will interface a lot with the director and rest of group.
