Responsibilities:
-To manage the division activity follow up (monthly schedule, day off, charity)
-To manage the division travel / trip organization (flight ticket, hotel reservation)
-To manage the division brief / meeting organization (agenda, report)
-To supervise the division director activity (visitor schedule)
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in business.
-Over 3 years relative working experience in Multi-national Company.
-Excellent oral & written English (French speaking will be an advantage).
-Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
-Honest, team-working spirit, work under pressure, ability to set up good relationship with others
