二、            招聘职位

数据库研发职位—微软技术专员    5人

工作职责:

1.      根据业务数据验证业务规则，进而调优业务规则；

2.      参与数据仓库和高容量交易系统的设计实现；

3.      与分析建模团队紧密合作，提供研发支持并担当部分的分析工作；

4.      与其他职位同事紧密合作，如：项目经理、Test/OA团队、架构师、工程师等；

5.      研发高效优化的ETL程序和SQL查询；

6.      使用框架研发组件化的数据层API；

7.      研发数据库部署脚本和自动化任务调度脚本；

8.      研发数据报告/报表；

9.      对完成的工作能够编写技术文档。

职位要求:

1.        对所有相关的数据库技术抱有极大的激情；

2.        能够专注于相关的数据库技术，而不管其它变化多样有趣味的技术；

3.        逻辑思维清晰；

4.        能够迅速的从同等的人和指导者那儿学习，自我激励、渴望知识；

Database Developer – Microsoft Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

1.         Validate and reconcile business rules to supporting data.

2.         Participate in the design and implementation of Data Warehouse and high volume Transactional Systems.

3.         Work closely with the Analytics and Modeling team providing development support as well as perform some analysis work itself.

4.         Work closely with other disciplines (Project Manager, Test/QA team, Architect, Engineers and various stakeholders).

5.         Develop optimized and highly efficient ETL routines and SQL queries.

6.         Develop componentized data-layer API’s using framework.

7.         Develop deployment scripts and job scheduling scripts.

8.         Develop data reports.

9.         Write technical documentations on performed works.

Requirements

1.         Possess a great passion for all relevant database technologies.

2.         Able to concentrate on relevant database technologies despite the variety of other interesting technologies.

3.         Have distinctly logical mindset.

4.         Able to learn quickly from peers and mentors as well as from a personal-drive and thirst for knowledge.

5.         Have studied the fundamental of data-structures as part of your course works.

6.         Have strong fundamental knowledge of relational model for database management.

7.         Have studied set-based database operations.

8.         Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.

9.         Provide academic records and grade transcript.

应用研发职位—微软技术专员    5人

工作职责：

2.      能够专注于相关的OOP和SOA，而不管其它变化多样有趣味的技术；

4.      能够迅速的从同等的人和指导者那儿学习，自我激励、渴望知识；

5.      学过数据结构基本原理；

6.      OOP、.NET框架、C#（或C/C++）的基础知识扎实，熟悉者优先考虑；

7.      具备创新能力和较强的解决问题的技能；

8.      能够在最小限度的指导下工作，必要时勇于提出问题；

9.      在校期间至少参与过一个3～4人的团队；

10.   信息系统或计算机科学学位；

11.   提供在校成绩单。

Application Developer – Microsoft Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

1.         Participate in all phases of software development.

2.         Provide technical support to business users.

3.         Write technical and user documentation.

4.         Gather and research requirements.

5.         Develop and support of pre-existing and new applications.

6.         Specialize in the front façade of systems development, be it web clients, Windows forms,

services or command-line interfaces.

7.         Perform Microsoft product integration.

Requirements

1.         Possess a great passion for OOP-paradigm and SOA.

2.         Able to concentrate on relevant OOP and SOA paradigms despite the variety of other interesting technologies.

3.         Have distinctly logical mindset.

4.         Able to learn quickly from peers and mentors as well as from a personal-drive and thirst for knowledge.

5.         Have studied the fundamental of data-structures as part of your course works.

6.         Have strong fundamental knowledge of OOP, .NET Framework, C# (or C/C++); knowledge of is a plus.

7.         Have a creative and strong problem solving skills.

8.         Able to work with minimal supervision, yet is not shy to ask questions when necessary.

9.         Have participated in at least one 3 – 4 member group project during your academic years.

10.      Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.

11.      Provide academic records and grade transcript.
