Company introduction:
We are a private equity investment advisor with a big size fund providing private equity related services in China. Our investment area is around China mainland, Hong Kong and Macau and we focus on health care, financial services, niche manufacturing, real estate, consumer services, but not limited to these industries. The target companies are growth stage Pre-IPO, or mature stage with sustainable development potential, with qualified management teams. And our investment philosophy is “Facilitate China’s transformation from “Made in China” to “Created in China”. Contribute to and share in the fruits of China’s growth and the target companies’ development.

Job description:
1. Research the materials related our project/industry;
2. Project materials and data analysis;
3. Materials translation;
4. Assist in financial modeling;


Qualifications:
1. He/she should be capable of understanding some industries deeply and integrated with domestic and international market with his/her own independent view;
2. A successful applicant should be proficient in both English and Chinese;
3. Strong background in accounting and finance with extensive knowledge related will be essential and communication skill is important;
4. The candidate must be able to work full time (Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm with one year) and under pressure;
5. An undergraduate degree for master is required;
6. Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially excel/work/powerpoint;
7. Will be promoted as a regular employee after the intern period if the performance is qualified;
