In this position, you will be working on developing and improving one open source Virtual Machine based on current and future Intel architecture platforms. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing leading runtime technology such as just-in-time compilation, garbage collection, thread scheduling, and others for next generation runtime systems such as virtual machines, scripting engines, and others
- Writing scripts to perform automatic functional and performance testing and track the results.
- Interacting on open source projects
Qualifications
You should possess a Master of Science degree or a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science. Additional qualifications include:
- Knowledge of static and Just-in-Time optimizing compilers, operating system internals, virtual machine functions such as garbage collection, multi-threading, and new computer architectures would be an added advantage
- Good knowledge and background of scripts programming. Extensive experience in C and/or C++.
- Good team work.
