职位描述：
1、协助起草公司各阶段工作总结和其他正式文件。
2、掌握领导的日程安排，为接见访客做好预约工作，协助负责外宾的接待。
3、撰写和跟进落实公司办公会议、专题研讨会等公司会议纪要。
4、配合处理外部公共关系（政府、重要客户等）。
5、收发传真，并及时交给领导处理；听电话、妥当应答，如有必要，做好电话记录。
6、翻译公司所需的资料，对外交流时任翻译。
7、完成其他临时交办的任务。

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；1年以上工作经验。（考虑优秀的应届毕业生）
2、熟练掌握意大利语的听、说、读、写。
3、具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识。
4、能够熟练使用各类办公软件。
5、性格开朗，工作认真负责，具有良好的管理能力、团队精神。
6、良好的与人沟通能力，语言表达能力。
7、较强的观察力和应变能力，良好的判断力，并能承受较大的工作压力。

Job description:
1. Assist to draft job summary of different working stages and other formal documents.
2. Arrange the supervisor’s daily activity agenda and preliminary orders. You should help to deal with the reception of foreign clients.
3. Write conference records and follow the process of these cases.
4. Help to deal with external public relationships (governmental or other important persons and so on.)
5. Send and receive faxes, in the meantime hand in the faxes to the supervisor in time for further handling. In charge of answer telephone properly. Take records of the contents in details, if it is necessary.
6. Translate the company’s various materials and be an interpreter when handling the external affairs.
7. Complete any other work assigned to you temporarily.

Requirements:
1. You should get graduation certificate of university student. One year working experience needed.
2. Master Italian in listening, speaking and writing.
3. With comprehensive and high level capacity, you are able to master various relevant knowledge concerned with company’s affairs.
4. Be specialized in operating different office software.
5. You should be open, responsible, equipped with good management ability and having team spirit.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Be observant and flexible and able to judge things properly. You have the power to undergo great working stress.
