FINANCE ADMINISTRATION & HR MANAGER
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance & Administration function:
Manage and check all monthly quarterly yearly reports to meet the requirement of Chinese authorities and group
Establish the finance cost and expense analysis module t to provide the regular costing analysis report
Management of annual budget process and control Chinese tax planning and compliance
Responsible for all legal matters ( board of directors, stamp management, all legal certificates and documents management etc.)

HR function:
Management of local HR & Administration staff
Payroll and benefit management employees
Improve internal HR policy and working process
Recruitment and training management
Internal rules and company employee handbook etc. policies updating

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree or above, MBA is a plus, with at least 10 years experience in manufacturing accounting management
Dynamic, strong sense of responsibilities and entrepreneur spirit MUST
Proficient in using Chinese and English accounting software; able to set up and run basic financial and accounting systems
Excellent English skills both written and spoken

SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills
Appreciation of different cultural backgrounds within the region - employees, customers, government officials, etc,.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Good time management skills
Good analytical and decision making skills
