职位描述

Researcher
Job Summary:
1. Responsible for supporting the consultant in developing talent pool, retrieval database, prepare resumes, initial communicate with candidates, interview schedules, and interviews if adequate;
2. Intake processes to ensure the highest level of service to candidates;
3. Support the consultant in initial research of prospective client lists, undertake proactive marketing and sales activities as required;

Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, marketing or human resource would be an advantage.
2. Trainee, 1 year around experience in research from the executive search company would be an advantage.
3. Good negotiating and strong customer service skills, self management, result oriented sense.
4. Highly interested in headhunter/executive search industry.
5. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
6. Good personality, encourage to overcome difficulties, flexible and clever.
