Job description
Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for installation of PC Software and Hardware including OS and applications, PC and peripheral.
-Responsible for Hardware /Peripheral device troubleshooting and maintenance.
-Provide product technical support to clients by call, e-mail and manager the forum and answer questions on the forum
-Install and provide technical training to our clients.
-Analyse malfunctions and seek, implement effective solution.
-Provide Information Security management, helpdesk support to internal employees.
Requirements:
-BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
-At least 1 years of industry experience on technology Support (potential new graduated is acceptable.)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
-Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills.
-Skilled at interacting with enterprise customers and partners
-Good working attitude
