Billing Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities
· Accurately and timely issue Export commercial invoices for Customs clearance
· Being responsible for foreign currency clearance
· Accurately and timely issue VAT invoice to Customers
· Maintain completed export invoice database and VAT invoice tracker for handling customer and logistics team query
· Monthly VAT invoice reconciliation to tax filing
· Monthly export invoice reconciliation to inter-company sales
· Further improve invoicing processes to ensure full tax compliance and productivity improvement
· Other ad-hoc assignments
Qualification and Requirements
· Diploma on Accounting or Finance major
· Be responsible, hardworking, careful and detail-oriented
· Effective, be able to work under pressure
· Proactive, problem solving attitude
· With good interpersonal skills, well communication to internal and external team
· Self-motivating and enjoys challenge
· Stable
