Brief outline of main duties
** Assists in coordinating development of TE China newsletters
* Assists in development and composing of content to the company’s internal and external websites
* Maintains and updates database of MarCom professionals in China and coordinates logistics of periodic meetings of these groups
* Provides administrative and general support to the Director of Communications, China and the Director of Global Government Affairs, China
- Coordinates and arranges meetings and schedules
- Schedules conference calls and on-site/off-site meetings
- Types, edits and proofreads documents and correspondence
Education & qualification
* Bachelors degree in media, post graduate prefered
* Must possess exceptional good writing skill in English and Mandarin
* Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills
* Must have strong Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet research skills
Be able to work at TE office at least 3 full days a week
Experience
* prvious working or internship experience preferred
Special skills, language or personality
* Must be reliable and organized
* Must possess high level of confidence, integrity, motivation and professionalism
* Must be able to work independently, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with accuracy
* Must be proactive, responsive and resourceful
* Must possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with clients, customers and internal personnel
* Must be a team player
