KEY SERVICES: • Conduct orientation training for new operators • Make monthly key position training plan for MFG operator according to related application • Maintain and update training file, including o Training application o Training plan o Training record o Training report o Training evaluation form o Copy of training certificate if any o Operator key position license distribution record • Assist to coordinate training administration arrangement • Assist to implement training evaluation and effectiveness track • Assist to ensure all elements about DMS – EEI are in well implementation o Suggestion system o Recognition system o Communication system • Complete tasks assigned by direct supervisor
QUALIFICATION: 1. Education Background Bachelor degree with major in English or business administration
2. Skills & Knowledge a. Good command of English both in written and spoken b. Good computer skills c. Good communication skill d. Good interpersonal skill e. Team work spirit
3. Working Experience a. At least two year related working experience in foreign enterprises b. Working experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
