Job Title       Graduate Trainee

Objective       To gain an understanding of the business while contributing to the
 growth and development of the firm and integrate into the                 J
ones Lang LaSalle organizational system, culture and values.

        

Accountabilities        You may be placed on transactional consultancy or professio
nal services in our Markets Services, Strategic Consulting Services, Propert
y Management, Research or Project and Development Services.  Primarily you a
ssist the directors on work for clients by:

"       Providing a range of property services as required to build on existing re
lationship and to secure new and repeat business. 

"       Collecting and analyzing data to enable major transactions to be secured.

"       Preparing written and PowerPoint based proposals and presentations.

"       Preparing reports.

"       Undertaking cashflow analysis.

"       Organizing / conducting site inspections. 

"       Providing general support to the team in pitching for and implementing of 
services.

        

Required Qualifications & Experience    "       

        Fresh graduate or recent graduate with 1 - 2 years' working experien
ce with a Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Economics or MBA degree Good ac
