1 Sr. Specialist. Maintenance Planning (Welding)
Major Responsibilities:
-Responsible for technical integrity of the Body Shop equipment independent cognition and execution of maintenance
-Make equipment daily check sheet, regularly maintenance plan
-Analysis the typical fault and make preventive method
-Training to maintenance associate
-Related CCC, CQC, SQS, etc, certification
-Spare parts ordering, confirm
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above; major in welding technology or related; New graduate students in 2009
-Knowledge of Mechatronics
-Familiar with mechanical manufacture and engineering
-Good English, spoken and written; German is in advance
-Familiar with MS office software
-Capability for teamwork; handicraft skills, self-initiative, improvisation skills
-The following experience and knowledge are of advantage:
-Experience of maintenance work in manufacture industry; knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
-Experience in hydraulic pneumatic and mechanic processes
2 Sr. Specialist. Maintenance Planning (Control Technology)
Major Responsibilities:
-Responsible for technical integrity of the Body Shop equipment
-Make equipment daily check sheet, regular maintenance plan
-Analysis the typical fault and make preventive method
-Training to maintenance associate
-Spare parts ordering, confirm
-Standby for maintenance facilities
-Related CCC, CQC, SQS, etc, certification
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in electric automation control, control theory and engineering, and related; New graduate students in 2009
-Good English, spoken and written; German is an advantage
-Familiar with MS office software
-Capability for teamwork; handicraft skills, self-initiative, improvisation skills
-The following experience and knowledge are of advantage:
-Experience of maintenance work in manufacture industry; knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
-Experience in hydraulic pneumatic and mechanic processes
-Experience for Siemens Equipment is an advantage
-Familiar with Field Bus
-Familiar with IEC-61131-3 programming language
3 Sr. Specialist. Maintenance Planning (Robot Technology)
Major Responsibilities:
-Responsible for technical integrity of the Body Shop equipment
-Make equipment daily check sheet, regularly maintenance plan
-Analysis the typical fault and make preventive method
-Training to maintenance associate
-Spare parts ordering, confirm
-Standby for maintenance facilities
-Related CCC, CQC, SQS, etc, certification
