工作职责：JD：
1.检查制作订单并将相应信息输入系统 Check and key in order in SAP system;
2.接受销售订单输入系统 Key in Sales Orders correctly;
3.审核订单，信用额度控制，并计算折扣率，确保订单价格严格按照公司的销售定价策略执行 Audit orders and credits to make sure all of these is in term of company’s related regulation;
4.追踪订单执行情况确保及时送货，回答客户关于订单和送货方面的问询，提高客户满意度;
Track order and good delivery, answer questions about orders and delivery patiently;
5.相关文件的整理和归档Relevant documents filing.
6.处理和记录客户投诉Manage and record customer complaints
7确保发票正确打印，包括价格，支付方式，客户信息等；
Ensure invoices printed correctly, including pricing, terms of payment, customer informations, etc
8 准时将发票递送致客户处 Send all invoices to customer on time
9 保证发票的准确性 Manage invoice corrections.


岗位要求：Requirements:
1.大专以上 College Degree
2.欢迎应届毕业生或有相关工作经验者；We welcome graduate students join our company;
3.能熟悉使用SAP系统优先; SAP system user is preferable;
4.熟悉订单管理，客户服务，物流体系优先 People familiar with Order System/ Customer Service and Logistic System is preferable;
5.良好的沟通能力 Good Communication Skill;
6.耐心，仔细，有责任心 Patient; Carefulness and Accountability.
