Summer Analyst Program(ING Debt Capital Markets, Asia)

ING's Asia Debt Capital Markets group originates and executes emerging markets public and private high yield and investment grade bond public offerings and private placements. We serve Asia's growth companies and markets. The team is regionally focused, with major hubs in Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as local presence in Jakarta and Manila.

For our Hong Kong and Singapore offices, we are looking for highly motivated undergraduate degree candidates to join us as Summer Analysts for the summer of 2009. The summer program takes eight weeks. Summer Analysts will shadow our full-time Analysts and work with experienced Associates and Analysts on the origination and execution of debt underwriting transactions for our clients. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of transactions and be able to interact with senior bankers and industry colleagues in one of the world's most dynamic markets.

We are looking for candidates with an excellent academic track-record and a keen interest in building a career in capital markets. We will select candidates based on academic merit, fit with our team and demonstrated commitment to a career in investment banking and capital markets.

Interview Process

Round 1: Within four weeks after the submission of your application, short-listed candidates will be notified to participate in a phone interview.

Round 2: Within two weeks after Round 1 interview, selected candidates will be invited to the second round interview. You will talk to several bankers in the Asia DCM team.

Final Round: Within two weeks after Round 2, selected candidates will proceed to the last round and will be interviewed by senior Debt Capital Markets bankers.
Successful candidates will receive offer letters no later than two weeks after the Final Round. 附件列表:
