Responsibilities:
1.To input and maintain the HR related data and clear up the employee file
2.Assist HR team in daily routine, process files and documents.
3.Indepentently take the new hire on board process and assist the Shanghai Resident card application
Requirement:
(1)Patience is the key factor to be demanded.
(2)Working days must be assured, at least 2 days per week during school days, lasting for six months at minimum.
(3)Excellent at WORD, EXCEL with CET-6
(4)Undergraduate students are preferable, Senior students as well, at least with bachelor degree
