POWERTATE Marketing Communications insists on the core concept of “Crossover the Thinking”. POWERTATE is a professional PR communications corporation based on media communications management, focusing on automobile, fashion, land and fast consumer goods industries. Our headquarters is located in Shanghai, China.

POWERTATE has now attracted many heavyweight clients involving large OEM groups, multinational automotive suppliers, tire companies, automobile consumption enterprises, racing organizations, associations, luxury brands, household appliances as well as land brands. The “crossover team” is gradually expanding our strength, which consists of industry professionals, marketing and PR communications experts and media experts.

In order to expand our business, we welcome PR elites’ participation in our team for mutual development. The applicants should have at least three years’ related working experience in 4A advertising agencies or PR firms. The account/media assistant position requires the talents who have at least half year intern experience in 4A advertising agencies or PR firms. The resumes showcase the experience in land, fashion, luxury and household appliances fields will be highlighted as a priority.


职位描述：
1. 开发和管理全国性媒体特别是地产类、家电IT类或时尚生活类媒体资源；
2. 建立深入、长期的媒体高端人群关系，提升有效的媒体资源；
3. 根据客户要求制定高附加值的媒体传播策略和推广计划，并带领团队高效执行媒体传播计划；
4. 负责撰写稿件，并与媒体进行深度沟通，争取文章的报道；
5. 组建并管理高绩效媒体团队，负责团队成员的业绩表现；
6. 对媒体传播成本负责，有效降低媒体综合费用；
7. 开展与全国性主流媒体的资源合作。

任职要求：
1. 全日制本科或以上学历，新闻系、公共传媒、市场营销等专业；
2. 3年或以上4A广告公司、公关公司工作经验，有丰富的地产类、家电类或时尚Lifestyle媒体资源；
3. 优秀的人际关系管理能力和项目管理能力；
4. 具备宣传策划热点话题的能力；
5. 具备优秀的中文撰写能力，需撰写高质量的家电类稿件；
6. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
