Responsibilities for customer service:
(a)    Provide excellent levels of customer service to customers via a variety of channels (e.g. chat, phone, email)
(b)    Provide online Mahjong tournament information to Chinese customers/player
(c)    Provide first call resolution and take ownership on all customer queries.

(d)    Handling wide variety of player & account queries within agreed service levels
(e)    Enter customer details and other information in an accurate and efficient manner to the relevant systems.

(f)    Take ownership of any problems or requests from customers and ensure that they are addressed directly or escalate to the appropriate channel
(g)    Communicating with customers keeping them well informed of other products, services & promotions.
(h)    Support other areas in accordance with business needs
