Job Responsibilities
？ Order management and fulfilment, including inventory control and internal communication
？ Import and export documentation and other relevant documentation.
？ Logistical and documentation arrangements for imports
？ Work with Finance Department on VAT, Import duty, and Fee payments.
？ Reconciliation of customs documents on excisable/bonded products, included customs handbook
？ Implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with audit protocol
？ Handle customer order, delivery and complaint
？ Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Customs bureau, Port Authority, Maritime Safety Administration, and 3rd party logistics companies
？ Interface with 3rd party logistics providers including contract related issues
？ Provide logistic support on new projects including development and implementation of new supply chains.
？ Ensure adherence of suppliers and stakeholders to Sasol HSEQ policy including Responsible Care

Pre-requisites
？ Student of College and /or University Graduate (Grade 3 or Grade 4), major Logistics or International Trade
？ Good knowledge of imports and exports procedures and documentation
？ Proficient in both written and oral Chinese and English
？ Meticulous with accuracy to documentation and information
？ A self-starter and team player who is able to work independently
？ Possess good interpersonal, organisational and coordination skills
？ Possess good conflict resolution skills, customer focused, as well as tenacity
？ Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
？ Effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders
？ Independent and with the sense of responsibility
Be available to work from Mar to Sept (available for 5 working days per week is preferred!)
