Evapco Shanghai Production Assistant
Evapco (Shanghai) Refrigeration Equipment Company, Ltd. Production Assistant’s responsibilities are as vast as they are crucial to the success of Evapco in the Asia- Pacific region. Due to the rapid growth and development of Evapco, Incorporated in the Asia-Pacific region, a need for specialized communication, Quality orientation and technical expertise has become a requirement. The following outline will detail the roles and responsibilities of this position for Evapco Shanghai.
The Evapco, Shanghai Production Assistant’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Supporting all aspects of Production, Quality Control, Safety and Facilities with documentation creation, development and archiving.
- Developing and maintaining system files for product inspection, shipping documents, quality assurance requests, supplier qualifications, meeting reports, etc.
- The Foremost Function as responsible for relevant technical documentations translation and related interpretation for production department.
- Spending the necessary amount of time in the Factory to establish, create, maintain and support working relationships with all Plant Personnel including Managers, Supervisors, Leaders and Mechanics while learning about product design and fabrication.
- Be responsible for monthly reports and writing proposals for various projects, success targets and development phases as they relate to Production efforts.
· The position of Evapco, Shanghai Production Assistant will report directly to the Evapco Production Manager.
- Finish other work assigned by superior leader.
General Requirements:
1. Associate or above degree holder from Mechanic Engineering/Machinery Design or other relevant fields, bachelor is preferable.
2. CET-6 certified is essential, proficient in written both on Chinese and English, National English Translator Certificate or Shanghai Interpreter Certificate will be a great plus.
3. Detail oriented and can work under pressure and both in terms of time schedule and high quality work results.
4. Quick-learner, dependable and should be able to work independently under pressure.
