Recruitment of visiting student/internship@ Bio Energetics Lab of HongKong
University of science and technology

We study proteome and genome changes of respiration linked membrane
proteins under stress conditions,e.g.,anoxic conditions and apply optical
and electrophysiological methods to reveal the resultant phenotype
variations.
Targeted students:
Senior undergraduate who wish to conduct final year project at HKUST or
Master/PhD students with Microbology,biology and biochemistry background
with skilled molecular techniques.
Prior experience in dealing with respiration /photosynthesis systems,
using mitochondria, chloroplast or photoautotrophic / heterotrophic
bacteria as model systems are all preferred.
The period of visting/Intern is half or one year, interested people please
