ACM Research, Inc. is a semiconductor equipment company that provides IC manufacturing solutions. It was formed in January 1998 by a team of industry veterans specifically to focus on advanced copper metallization process technologies.

We came to China with different vision and mission. We will be legends to create a new 21st century global semi-conductor equipment R&D and manufacture model: Provide customers with advanced and affordable manufacturing solution as IC dimension approaching nanometer scale. AutoCAD drafter

-Be familiar with the equipment control system and electrical control system to design .

-Be familiar with the Auto CAD drawing skill .

-Experience in digital circuit design is required

-BS degree (MS is a plus) majoring in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

-Solid digital logic, digital IO, and analog IO knowledge are required.

-Documentary work in English is required;

-MICROSOFT Office Tool such as Word, Excel is required.

-The working knowledge of hardware language VHDL or VERILOG or ABEL and their design tools such as ISE from XILINX for FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) and CCSTUDIO from TI for DSP (Digital Signal Processor) are a big plus.

-Able to read documents in English are big plus.

-The position is part-time.(3month)
