Current Opportunities: 

Business Analyst (BA) and Data Specialist (BA) play very important roles in any organization. In today's high-competition business world, the winners are differentiated by their information driven decision making. Identifying and motivating the most intelligent individuals to collect, manage, and analysis data is essential to a company's success.

 

1. Business Analyst Assistant, Business Analyst I / II

 

There are a few levels (Assistant, I, II, III, and Fellow Business Analyst, or BA Assistant, BA-I, BA-II, BA-III and BAF) for Business Analyst. BA Assistant is BA candidate or assist to a BA. We will provide intensive training for selected high-potential BA candidates as BA Assistant to get her/his certification to this desired profession. BA-I is entry level BA, and BAF is the highest level BA. We currently have openings for BA Assistant, BA-I and BA-II. The following are the basic requirements for all level Business Analyst:

• The candidate must have good communication skills (both verbal and written in Chinese and English) for internal and external interactions.
• The candidate must have good organizational skills and be attentive to details.
• Computer skills: PDF and MS Office tools;

 

Business Analyst reviews and analyzes data from scientific angles. A successful BA requires not only a combination of knowledge and skill set but also career devotion. The following knowledge and skills will be greatly helpful (desired but not all required) for Business Analyst:

• Clinical knowledge
• Pharmacology knowledge
• Experiment design
• Hands-on statistical analysis and SAS programming skills
• Database concept;

 

2. Data Specialist I / II

 

There are four-level (I, II, III, and IV, or DM-I, DM-II, DM-III and DM-IV) Data Specialists. Data Specialist focuses on Data Accuracy, Consistency, Integrity, Validity, and Availability. DS candidates are required to demonstrate good talents on information technology and / or statistics. DS-I is entry level DS. DS should be ready to meet tremendous challenges for accomplishing ongoing projects; the DS team will also lead the development of innovating next generation information technology products.

 

As an employee of an international company, the following requirements are essential for any level Data Specialist:

• The candidate must have good communication skills (both verbal and written in Chinese and English) for internal and external interactions.
• The candidate must have good organizational skills and be attentive to details.
• Solid Database knowledge and hands-on programming skills;

 

The following knowledge and skills will be greatly helpful (desired but not all required) for Data Specialist:

• Statistical analysis
• Proficient computational skills and system engineering concepts
• HTML/PDF based report creation
• Hands-on experience with Database query and application development
• Hands-on experience with .Net based application development (GUI, Networking, Database)
• Experiment design

 

Additional qualification:

A．优先专业：临床医学、药学、统计、计算机/信息工程、生物、农业、公共卫生等；

B．英语六级优先；硕士学历优先；具有一定计算机应用能力；

C ．认真，细心，负责，吃苦耐劳，有高度的责任心；

D ．出于联系国外客户的需要，有时可能需要在特殊时段工作。
