工作内容及职业发展方向:
在外籍教师指导下,在公司剑桥国际高中课程中心见习,熟悉并掌握剑桥国际高中课程体系、教学大纲和教学方法,最终达到独立承担剑桥国际高中课程教学的要求。
录用者在职带薪(年薪:4-9万元人民币)在公司剑桥国际高中课程中心培训一年,期间由公司出资赴海外大学进行短期学习,考取Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching(International)证书。
录用者结束培训后,即可获得公司长期聘用(服务期不低于5年),在公司剑桥国际高中课程中心担任职业教师,获取优厚薪金(年薪:8-20万元人民币)。
职位要求:
1. 海内外知名院校优秀毕业生(本科及以上),及具备双语教学能力的在职教师;
2. 具备较强的英语能力(雅思7.5以上或相当水平);
3. 热爱教育事业,有高度责任心;
4. 具备良好的团队合作精神,善于与人沟通;
5. 熟悉英国教育体系者优先

What we are looking for:
l Hard-working, enthusiastic and flexible individuals who are willing to learn and open to new ideas;
l A passion for working with young people and a commitment to ensuring they achieve their full potential;
l A good Honours degree (minimum 2:2) or, preferably, a Masters in a relevant discipline;
l Excellent English language skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or better) and an interest in the UK education system.
What we can offer in return:
l A full-year of school-based teacher training including a generous training allowance (currently RMB40,000-90,000 per annum).
l A short period of intensive study at the University of Warwick, UK.
l A Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching (International) upon successful completion of the course of study.
l Employment as an A-Level teacher in one of our CIE Centres with an attractive salary package (RMB 80,000-200,000 per annum). These Centres are attached to some of the most prestigious and successful schools in China.
