职位概要：
Job objective
严格按照直接主管和相关文件的规定基本独立地参加生产活动
To perform manufacturing activities accurately, according to prescribed documentation, under minimal supervision


工作描述：
Essential Duties
1. 在生产主管的指导下参加所有生产活动并按照形成文件的方法进行操作。
Participate in all production activities under the guidance of a supervisor and following written procedures.
2. 按照文件要求作好每天的操作记录和数据记录
Record data of activities performed to procedure documentation.
3. 协助主管或经理对组员进行作业或技术指导或参加新产品转移项目
Assist the supervisor or manager to lead or train team members on tasks or techniques or to participate in new product introductory transfers.
4. 能操作有关放射性同位素的实验
Be able to work with radioisotopes
5. 对生产规模的扩大、工艺的改进、设备的使用以及整个系统的标准化和持续改进提出建议
Provide suggestions / observations for process scale-up and improvement, facility and support systems standardization and improvement.
6. 在生产过程发现问题或发现不合格时协助进行原因查找
Assist in troubleshooting on-line during a manufacturing process or during a non-conforming investigation.


任职资格：
Qualifications

1.应届毕业生。

2. 较强的逻辑推理能力
Ability to think in a rational, logical manner is required.
3. 良好的书面写作的技能。
Superior written skills.
4 具有英语读、写的能力
English reading and writing is required.
5. 能使用微软办公室软件套装。
Competency in MS Office required.
