Technical Proposal Support Assistant –Daniel

Location: Beijing

Report to: System Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update the Technical files 
  2. Communicate with Sales Engineers and Customers, to know the situation of project and the requirement of customer.
  3. Assist Technical Engineers generate and revise contract and proposal.
  4. Draw and revise related techniques blueprint
  5. Select and compare with products quotation
  6. Assist Technical Engineers’ routine work
  7. Assist the Proposal Engineers to coordinate the after works of projects

Requirements

  1. Mask automation instrumentation operation principle.
  2. Have knowledge of Flow products and flow transaction
  3. Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Team player willing to perform any duties to provide exceptional services to exceed customer expectations.
  5. Outgoing, sociable and independent.
  6. Work knowledge of computers, especial for Auto CAD.
  7. Undergraduate Major in Engineering or relevant degree. (CET-6 is preferred )
  8. Good command of written & spoken English
  9. Pursuing master degree students and at least 3 days available in a week.

 

 

 

 

Receptionist – Admin

Location: Beijing

Report to: Admin Officer II

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide professional reception manner to customers & guests.
  2. Serve as the main telephone operator to handle incoming telephone calls.
  3. Distribution of faxes and memos, in/out mails.
  4. Stationary ordering for all staff in office.
  5. Supply for water, drinks and medicine etc.
  6. Registration for meeting room and overhead projector.
  7. Type office documents.

Requirements

  1. Good interpersonal skills.

Account Manager - Regulator

Location: Beijing

Report to: HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Incumbent will have primary responsibilities in specific HR functional areas and will have to provide HR support and services to all employees in the most professional and effective manner, new employee registration processing, personnel file maintenance, etc
  2. To collect and provide sufficient information for analysing and conducting training plan with the direct supervisor, also to be responsible of following up the training results for the China employees.
  3. To update the HR database
  4. To provide exact HRIS report on time
  5. To make fulltime staff and contractor staff contract renew
  6. To provide the secretarial support to the manager, e.g. trip arrangements and expense report process.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in communications in the English language (spoken, written, reading and listening).
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  3. Good planning, organization and propriety skills.
  4. Able to operate computers, especially MS Word and Excel applications, well.
  5. Able to be circumspection
  6. Pursuing master degree students, career path is focus on Human Resources Management development
