Position: Human Resource Management Trainee

Requirement for the position:

1. Bachelor or Master degree, major in Human Resource Management, psychology or related major. No more than one year's work experience. (those who graduated in 2008-2009)

2. Good Leadership and coordination skill, be able to adapt to change

3. Good communication and interpersonal skill, a good team player

4. Strong analytical ability and good problem solving skill

5. Self-motivated and be willing to work under pressure

6. Proficient in English; MS office master

7. Be able to accept cross functional or regional rotation
