1、 本科学历以上，英语听说读写六级以上
2、 财务相关专业，熟练应用MICROSOFT软件，特别擅长EXCEL表格（PivotTable）.有SAP，Oracle， Hyperion操作经验者优先考虑
3、 熟悉财务主要报告和衡量指标，了解财务分析和计划流程
4、 性格开朗，学习能力强，适应快，具备一定独立作业能力，较强沟通能力和进取心，有团队合作精神。
5、 主动积极，愿意从基层开始做起。
6、 初期协助上级经理完成日常工作，了解学习各部门运作，并做简单分析。
