We are opening a new position in our R&D Beijing lab for a HR intern.
Main responsibilities:
Reporting line; HR Director
Main activities:
Intern management: manage all HR cover intern. Include: Interns' entry and departure procedures, attendance report, payroll management, monthly report;
Recruitment: Screen CVs, arrange interview, recruitment follow-up;
HR daily works: Employee's entry and departure procedures, HR database update, personnel documents management, staff attendance report,HR expenses payment and other works related training and C&B;
Competences:
1.
major in HR management and other related management majors;
2.
good sense of negotiation, communication and interpersonal skill, team work spirit;
3.
fluent in spoken and written English, French is a plus;
4.
at least 3 days a week.
