Recruitment Coordination
A. Contact normal/routine recruitment service agent, such as 51job,
etc for routine web recruitment service and non-management post recruitment project.
B. Work on logistics of interview appointment and candidates reception so that the interviewing process can be smoothly handled.
Employee Activities & Communications
A.Work on logistics of such staff activities as Happy hour/Birthday party/Tea break etc. (gift, cookies, birthday card, venue preparation) so that the activities` fundamental arrangement is at good quality within controlled cost.
B. Work on coordination of Annual dinner and Outing activities.
Staffing
A. Work on enrolment formality for new comers such as contact HR personnel service agent, staff joining/exit formalities and paper works.
B. Work on Monthly leave record update and administration
C. Work on logistics of Visa application & Invitation letter
D. Policy/regulations consultation and verification from government or related authorities.

A. Work on coordination of medical insurance claim process and related information collection so that members can enjoy smooth claim process by well communication through HR to appointed insurance agent.
