Main Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in Sales admin. work of Customer Service Department.
- Assist to prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders.
- Assist in preparing proposals, and other related sales documents.
- Other Admin. Issues of Sales issues, like Printing documents and keying in database，ect.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor degree, major in Electronic, Computer Science, Automation and Mechanical engineering, etc. College /university student.
- Can use AutoCAD diagram to draw.
- Good practical computer skills with Excel, Word, etc.
- Good English (Reading, writing and speaking) are preferred.
- Helpful, patient and can work hard.
主要职责：
- 协助进行客服部门的销售方面的行政事务性工作。
- 画Auto CAD图，并协助准备报价和变更合同。
- 协助准备方案、标书,及其它相关的销售文档。
- 其它的行政事务性工作，如打印，数据录入等。
要求:
- 大专或本科学历， 电子， 计算机，自动化或机械专业。大三在校生或明年毕业的研究生。
- 擅长AutoCAD 制图。
- 好的word, excel等电脑实际应用技巧。
- 具备好的英文阅读、书写能力； 能口语沟通是优势。
- 乐于助人，耐心，能够吃苦耐劳。
其它：
工作时间：每周至少工作4天，每天8小时。
工作时期：8月份开始工作，持续工作6个月；如业务需要， 可能延长至明年5月份。
工作地点：上海市徐汇区嘉善路98号。
