PROGRAM INTRODUCTION:
The Department of Industry, Trade and Tourism of the BASQUE GOVERNMENT(Spain) has set up a program designed to recruit professionals for a six-month/one year period.
The program shall be implemented in both countries(SPAIN AND CHINA) and, in addition to offering training opportunities and a chance to learn more about the Basque economic structure. The program also aims to forge closer ties between young professionals from different countries and companies operating in the Basque Country,in order to promote closer business relationships.

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
Lantek( ww***com[点击查看] )is an Information Technology company specialised in the own developed INDUSTRIAL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS whose main goal is to provide the customer with an integral product and service to suit his needs.In China its offices are located in Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen.

POSITION:
-SALES MANAGER(INDUSTRIAL SOFTWARE)
report directly to the China General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Chinese passport and residence.
-University Degree.
-Fluent English.Spanish knowledge will be an asset.
-Applicants must not have received any previous grants of similar characteristics.
-Available to travel when it requested.
-Able to learn and flexible to work in customer site if requested.
-Open to negotiate in aspects regarding to salary,expenses cover,and working place(Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen).
-Selection process will be held in Shanghai and Beijing.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
-University Degree:Engineer degree. Mechanical specialisation will be a distinct advantage.
-Computer Skills:programming languages(SQL knowledge will be an asset),CAD-CAM and AUTOCAD. Good operating system handling skills specially ppt.
-Personal Skills: leadership and teamwork skills,enthusiasm and willing to professional development.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
-Experience in software development solutions or in METAL SHEET CUTTING INDUSTRY will be an asset.
-Working experience in foreign companies is also a plus.

FUNCTIONS:
-Market research and visiting customers.
-Proposal presentations and negotiation.
-Office resources management (both people and activity supply chain)
-Goals achievement and implementation.
-Leading company′s working rules and policies.
-Recruitment,selection and personnel monitoring if necessary.
-Recording, reporting as requested both internship and from market side.
