Position Title: Adminination Intern
Location: GE Healthcare Office in Nanjing
Requirement:
-Bachelor degree above, CET4
-Excellent in communication express and logic thinking
-Good command of English languages
-Good computer knowledge- Proficiency in PC Skills (Office software etc.)
-Team Oriented and able to work independently. Can work under pressure.
-Correct manners and appearance;
-Initiative and service minded
Main responsibilities
-Assist office administration work
-Responsible for arrangement on booking of business trips/events for the company staff
-Maintain department filing & documentation systems
-Liaison with office equipment suppliers for purchasing if required
-Implement policy ensure communication with all departments and compliance with procedure.
-Any other matters relating to Admin if required
Main Reception & Admin Duty
-Attend to all incoming telephone calls.
-Attend to all incoming and outgoing mails and parcels.
-Attend to all visitors.
-Handles administrative and facilities related tasks.
-Ensure sufficient office stationery supplies and replenishment of office stationery supplies.
-Liaise with office equipment maintenance vendors for the servicing and repairs of office equipment.
-Handles reservations of meeting room.
-Work with cleaner/pantry lady on beverage service arrangements for visitors.
-Make reservations as required, for restaurant, hotel and entertainment.
-Arrange for new employees’ on boarding set up, including procurement of employee equipment.
