1.Accept calls from end users on ICS related issues/inquiries.
2.Provide first level support to all ICS systems, including Hardware,network infrastructure,MES,CIM systems,and all other ICS covered application systems,mainly focus on manufacturing related systems.
3.ICS issues and status logging.
4.To report the issues by following ICS shift support escalation procedure.
5.ICS systems performance monitoring and logging.
6.Documentation on ICS system issues and changes.
7.DB backup and tape librarian.
Education:大专以上学历，电子工程相关专业，应届毕业生也可
Experience:熟悉计算机维修，软件安装和用户培训
