Job description:
实习生(在校学生）.
Provide office administration support to marketing department including scheduling appointments, processing mails, answering phones, documents managements. 负责市场部的行政支持工作，包括行程约会安排，邮件发送，电话应答和文件管理等。
Coordinate with the sales director and wholesalers, provide the support to them including the order processing, promotion following… 协助主管和客户的沟通，帮助他们订货，发货和相关促销支持。
Qualification:
college degree in administration, marketing or trading 行政、市场或贸易专业专科以上学历
familiar with operation with office software熟练应用办公软件( Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
good communication skill in oral and written English 良好的口头及书面表达能力, 能使用英语沟通
serious working attitude, preciseness, be responsible, teamwork spirit 敬业、责任心强、严谨踏实、工作仔细认真
Relevant experience will be valued 有相关经验者优先考虑；
