JD For HR Assistant
1. Drafting memos,emails,etc, in response to queries, complaints and requests for assistance.
2. Performing routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scheduling of interview meetings related to recruitment procedures, arranging the interviews, candidate management.
3. Posting external/internal job adverts, updating online recruiting system daily, Searching CVs, Phone interview.
4. Performing any other supporting tasks assigned by the supervisor.
5. Document preparation-JD, Acid Test, Target landscape.
6. Input data and information into HR database and maintain/updating the HR system.
7. Providing monthly headcount report.
8. Handle all the issues related to people new entry and termination/retirement by related procedures.
9. Keeping, Renewing contract by related procedures.
10. Intern Recruitment.
Job specification
1. Graduate of Behavioral Science Courses e.g. Psychology / Human Resources Management.
2. Must have at least 1-2 years work experience in the same field.
3. Should have the initiative to carry out tasks.
4. Must be dependable, flexible, people-oriented.
5. Willing to render overtime.
6. Excellent oral and written English skills.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Excellent computer skills.
9. Typing speed of at least 40 wp
